
- packet lemon jelly
- 1 tin evaporated milk
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup praline
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp coffee
- Dissolve jelly crystals in water.Now place chilled evaporated milk, condensed milk, icing sugar,cream, coffee, coco and lemon jelly in a blender.
- Process until smooth.
- Transfer into a air tight container.
- Freeze for 6-8 hours or until set.Before serving add praline.
- Lemon Jelly Ice Cream is ready to serve.Enjoy!
