- Surmai Fishes
- 2 tablespoons Ginger-Garlic Chilli Paste
- 1 tablespoon red chili powder
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 50 grams Rice Flour and semolina
- Salt to Taste
- 1/2 tablespoon Lemon
In a plate mix ginger garlic chili paste, red chili powder, lemon juice and apply the mixture to the fish
Dip the masala fish in the rice flour and semolina powder.
Take a Prestige tawa and heat oil.
Add the fish in the shallow oil pan and cook it on both the sides. Your Surmai Tawa Fry is ready to serve.
