
- Take washed and dried fish in to a bowl and add ginger garlic paste, lemon juice , 1/2 tsp salt and turmeric powder . Apply it all over the fish . Keep it aside for 1-2 minutes.
- 02MIx in rice flour, tamaring pulp, some salt and dip fish in it.
- 03Take sooji in a plate , add some red chilly powder and mix. roll the fish gently in it.
- 04Heat oil and shallow fry fish on medium flame .
- 05Cook till it gets a golden color. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
