
1 pomfret fish, whole1 Tbsp yoghurt (low fat)1 Tbsp mustard paste1/2 Tbsp red chilli powder1/4 Tbsp turmeric1/2 Tbsp salt1/2 Tbsp mustard oil3-4 Tbsp lemon juice
1.In a bowl, take yoghurt, mustard paste, red chilli powder, turmeric, salt, mustard oil, lemon juice and mix well.2.Cut slits into the fish.3.Marinate the fish with the paste.4.Grill the fish till it is crispy and golden brown.5.Serve on a platter with lettuce and lemon wedges.Tags:
