
- 3-4 Ravas fish fillets (clean & washed)
- for green paste – 1 cup coriander leaves
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- 2-3 green chillies
- 2 tspn salt
- 2-3 Banana leaves for wrapping
- In a mixture grinder (except fish & banana leaves) combine all the ingredients to a smooth paste. Marinate fish in this mixture for atleast 5-6 hrs .
- 02Wrap up the marinated fish fillets in the banana leaf & secure tightly with a string.
- 03Steam in a steamer for 8-10 minutes. Serve hot !!
