- 4 egg
- 1 medium onion
- 3 thinly sliced cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum (green pepper)
- black pepper as required
- 2 thinly sliced mushroom
- salt as required
- 1/2 cup grated cheese-cheddar
- 1 tablespoon refined oil
- 1 pizza base
- 2 pinches oregano
To prepare this delicious pizza, wash all the veggies and then finely chop them.

Heat some oil in the pan over a medium-low flame and saute the vegetables for a few minutes.

Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Beat them in separate bowls. Then mix them both together. Add salt and black pepper as per your taste.

Take the pizza base and add the beaten egg mixture to it and add the sauteed vegetables to them.

Sprinkle the grated cheese over them. Place it in the preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius. Bake till all the cheese is melted and the eggs are cooked properly or for 15- 20 minutes.

Transfer into a serving platter and sprinkle some oregano over it. Using a pizza cutter, slice the pizza and serve.
