
- 45 mL White Rum 1½ oz
- 15 mL Gold Rum ½ oz
- 37.5 mL Pineapple Juice 1.25 oz
- 22.5 mL Fresh Lime Juice ¾ oz
- 22.5 mL Simple Syrup ¾ oz
- 2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
- Soda to top
- Combine all ingredients except soda to your cocktail shaker
- Shake with ice
- Add a dash of soda to your shaker
- Strain into a high ball glass with ice
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge
