- 2 eggs, beaten
- 50 grams golden breadcrumbs
Piri Piri Spice Mix
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 ½ teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
2. Cut the chicken into small, nugget-sized pieces.
3. Mix the Piri Piri spice mix in a bowl.
4. Coat the chicken pieces in the spice mix, then the beaten egg, followed by the golden breadcrumbs.
5. Bake for 12-13 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
6. Serve with piri piri sauce.
