- In a bowl Mix milk ,colostrum add sugar and mix till it dissolves.
- Add cardamom powder and mix well.
- Pour the mixture in a thali/vessel in which you are steaming it.
- Pour saffron strands and sprinkle the nutmeg powder all over.
- Steam for 20 to 25 minutes.
1/2 litre colostrum
1/2 cup to 3/4 cup milk
1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar*
1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
6 to 7 cardamom crushed
few strands of kesar/saffron
