
- cup jowar flour
- 1/2 cup sooji
- 1/2 tsp buttermilk or 2 tsp curd
- 1 cup mix vegetable (Chopped carrot, onion, green chillies)
- 2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp regular eno
- to taste Salt and sugar
- 3 tsp coriander chopped
- as needed oil
Take jowar flour & suji. Add buttermilk. Mix themThen add chopped vegetables, dry masala, salt & sugar. Add eno. Mix it well.Grease appe pan with oil. Pour the batter in it. when one side is cooked flip it to other side. Serve with sauce.
