
Nan khatai is an authentic Indian sweet eggless cookies which can be make easily available ingredients from the Indian kitchen. Nan khatai are made with plain flour, gram flour, semolina (Rava) and ghee. Semolina gives the crunchy texture in nan khatai. If you are health conscious, can replace the plain flour with whole wheat flour. I have baked nan khatai in air fryer.
